working as a new grad overseas?

Hi everyone, 3 more months and I complete my degree!!

I was thinking of working overseas, Im currently in australia working as a undergraduate nurse at a huge crital hospital. I want to continue working in critical hospitals, but somewhere in New York or Cali:heartbeat. Any suggestions on how to start applying and searching?? Im scared of being alone and not meeting anyone, but I dont want that to stop me.
Hi I would suggest you check out the International forum under the region tab above as you will find it hard as a new grad to get a work visa for the US. You do have the option of E3 as long as you are a Australian citizen and have nursing experience otherwise you will join retrogression and a long wait. Which ever route you take will require you to meet US board of nursing requirements and pass NCLEX with visa screen certificate in hand
