New Grad Employment Advice

Hi. I graduated in May and since passing the boards in early august I've had a tough time finding a job due to the "budget cuts and nursing grad influx." During my search for jobs i got weary. I thought i knew where I wanted to work. Now I'm unsure of what hospital. I originally wanted to work for Los Angeles county. I know that I want to get the best experience I can as a nurse and good pay. Is there any advice you can give me on what these three hospitals can offer me? I'm torn between these three:LA county Harbor UCLA medical center. Ronald Regan UCLA medical center, or St. Francis Medical Center of Lynwood.
