Recent Grad needs career advice ASAP!!!

Hi ,

I'm a recent grad (May) who has been looking for a job ever since passing my boards in July. I was just recentley offered a 24 hr position in a LTC facility. LTC is not what I wanted but with the lack of available jobs in my area (MA) I thought it was better than not having a job. My dillema is that I also have been interviewing at a community health center in my area and have been told by the nursing director that she's 98% positive I have the job but she does not make the final decision. I've interviewed with 5 others for this position and my CORI is in the works. It's 40 hours with great benefits but not a sure thing whereas the LTC facility is. What should I do?! I start orientation tomorrow at the LTC facility so any advice ASAP will be greatly appreciated.
