concerns about Critical Care Course in PHC

Hi! I would just like to ask if there's a shot of being accepted in the critical care course offered in PHC, since I'm just a fresh grad and board passer without any experience at all. The one in charge of checking the requirements told me that it was just 'screening' and that's why I can submit requirements even though I have no experience yet.. I still have pending applications for Basic Skills Training in other hospitals, and I was wondering if being 'inexperienced' would affect my acceptance to the said course.. Thanks!!!!!
