returning to nursing-need clinical skill teaching-pls help

Hoping to get some advice/direction- I have not practiced nursing in 20 years. I have an active license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I completed a nurse refresher course in 2007. I passed the didactic part, however, just recently, failed to complete the clinical portion b/c I need more clinical instruction. My goal is to enter psychiatric nursing. Is there a way to become employed in behavioral health now and continue class instruction for additional clinical time needed for med-surgical?
