Nursing student eager to do intern

HI i was wondering what is the best way for me who have no expereince besides volunteer to get an intern as a nurse....it could be anything! i just want that extra experience along with clincial in school...any ideas? preferly nothing that requires me to go out and get a certificate ie:cna
