assoc. r.n. w/ M.A.in counseling and B.A. in elem ed.wants to utilize education

I am a med.surg./oncology r.n. with assoc.degree and 2+ yrs hosp exp. I was a hospice bereavement counselor before going back to school for nursing. I would like to combine my education in counseling with nursing in some area besides psych. and hopefully increase my pay.I would love to do pt./family ed.(I also have a degree in elem. ed.) I looked into bridge program for b.s. in nursing but can't afford it right now and hospital made cuts and will not pay for this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
what about pedi psych? or school nursing? both of those would benefit greatly from your expertise. wish i could hire you for my facility!!!! good luck with the search!
