HELP!!! PCT CAREER

hi i just finished my cna class and ive already taken my phlebotomy and ekg and as you can see i want to go in the patient care tech/associates field now i know i have to take the cna state test but do i have to take the other two cant i just use my certificates to get a job and by the way i live in nyc
