Nursing Job Needed!

I was so happy after passed the NCLEX RN exam, but after one month I still could not find a job!! No one hospital wants to hire graduated nurse! I am in Miami, fl, I need you guy help!!! I need a job!!!
Hi Geny!Congradulation on passing your NCLEX! I know it is frustrating for New Grads on not finding employment, but do not give up. Keep up the faith and you will find something. Have you tried Home Care or Nursing Home in your area FL?
That needs the experince too, not for the graduate nurse.
What about placement agency in FL for New Grad? Did you speak with your preceptor at college? Job fairs? The best advice I can offer is try going to the hospital and speak with a nurse recruiter directly.
