All I want for Christmas is a JOB

hello all!
It has been more than a year since I have obtained my RN license and I cannot get a job!
Does anyone have any advice?
I am currently volunteering-yes I am.
Please help.

I am living in NYC
I have a friend RN who lives in NYC too. I think he got his license April this year and he immediately asked the help of an agency then he worked in a LTC facility.He told me last week that he got accepted in a hospital and is on his first week of orientation after gaining a few months of experience from the LTC. Good luck.
Does anyone have any alternative advice?I have done every correct step possible-including being patient!!Thank U
