New Grad Pay Scale - Knoxville

Hi everyone -

Just trying to get a feel for what a new RN grad in 2010 could expect for a salary in Eastern TN, specifically Knoxville. I was told that new grads start at $18/hr which seems really low.

Any input would be appreciated.
