Dialysis RN vs Critical Care ICU RN which job do I take?

Hi I have a question. I have been offered a position as a Acute Dialysis Rn working in the hospital setting and I would love the experience, but I wonder if the job would give me critical care expereince and the skills to someday apply for a job within the hospital ICU or ER? Please help, I want to use as well as gain nursing skills.
