Tuition for Masters of Nursing

I currently live in Canada and am a New Grad RN, thinking about getting my Masters of Nursing and possibly one day getting my PhD. I was wondering if there was any state/province that is currently offering a educational contract where they pay for part or all of the masters in return for a few years of work at a certain hospital. I have heard about these offers previously, but I was wondering if they still exist. Thanks
