Work from home nursing jobs

I am a working mom expecting another child. My PTO is not enough to cover my family's expenses, even for just 6 weeks of maternity leave. It is very important to me to keep my children out of daycare and to be able to breastfeed my baby. My husband works during the week and I work weekends to make this possible. One income is not enough. Does anyone know of any good work from home nursing jobs? I am looking into Legal Nurse Consultant programs, but am unsure how to go about working from home in that field, and I am willing to seek any other oportunity. Any suggestions?
