CNA job or nursing internship?Rating: (votes: 0) What looks better to an employer when I start looking for RN jobs - a long term CNA job or a summer internship at a hospital? I would have to say the internship, because it shows that you have some nursing experience in the hospital. The long term CNA would only be good if you were applying for a position as a Patient Care Tech. Try not look at pay when you are looking at an intership. I mean money is always good, but the experience will take you further. |
