if a school/university has their own hospital, and you were a student who graduated there, would that make you more likely to be hired from their medical center?

i live in california.. so some of the schools i'm thinking of are

1. UCSF medical center
2. UCLA medical center
3. Loma Linda University medical center
4. UC Davis Medical Center

i am considering becoming a student at these universities.. and was just wondering what my chances getting hired are since i have no nurse working experience at all... if becoming their student will make me more "likable"
Yes...at least at my school. When I was interviewing, I was told that about 75% of graduates from the program work at the hospital after graduation.
