Next step... five year plan

Hey all,

I need some advice... I am trying to figure out my five year plan for my life and career.. I feel like I need some goals. I have been job searching and have an interview for a clinical coordinator. I believe that this would a great job to have considering how much I love helping others succeed. It is for on oncology .. I believe that I like oncology. I just or will soon get my Master of Arts in health and wellness... and I think I want to take the ocn exam. what other ideas do anyone have to build up my career and my plan?
