Best places in USA for new grad jobs?

I'm in NYC and finding a decent (entry level med surg) job seems near impossible for an Associates degree RN lke myself.
* Thought exercise:
I'll move anywhere in the usa that hires new grads (would prefer a coast) WHERE ARE THE JOBS?!
