New Grad looking for advice

I graduated school in May, and just recently started two per diem positions as an RN in LTC skilled wings. I'm looking for advice on my next career move. I aspire to work in the Emergency Department, as I worked there as a tech a while back and loved it.

I'm all signed up to start my BSN, and will be shelling out the cash soon. I'm also planning on taking ACLS and PALS. I was wondering if there's anything else I could take to get more of an advantage. Money and time isn't a question; I'm willing to shell out the cash for a good course or two.

Any insight would be appreciated.
