I am a vascular PCU nurse with 5 1/2 years of experience in a hospital setting and I am currently making 25/hr. I have heard that "new" nurse pay in a home health setting or nursing home setting is begining at 27+. Just curious to how true this. I live and work in the Roanoke VA area.
