How Do I Prepare for an Interview?

I am excited to have a job interview tomorrow at a hospital for an ICU postion, but I am nervous about it and don't know how to prepare for it. Being new to nursing (graduated last spring), I have only had one job interview before!

Any words of wisdom for me?
