Topic of the Day: NEW grad

Hi and Hello everyone...

Im a new grad RN, recently passed my nclex last sept and also new in all nurses . I just need some advice from all my fellow nurses what is the best job for new grad or to me since it is really a rough and tough time to have a job in a hospital. Its been 3 months since I passed my exam and its really frustrating to find a job. By the way, I'm foreign nurse and had a 10 months of professional experience as a nurse trainee and occupational health nurse , and an IV therapy nurse in my country. I graduated with a BSN degree in my country, 2008. I really really need some advice from you. your response is really really appreciated. God Bless you all... God is good all the time...
Hi and welcome to the siteCurrently there are many many nurses especailly new grads struggling to find work, just check out the various state forums (under the region tab above) and the general nurses discussion forum (under the nurses tab above) I think these days just getting a job is the main thing so try everywhere. A lot will also have to do with the state you are in
