Nursing home job to teritary care .

Hi there everyone , i am a new user to this site Well , i am a nurse with a BSN degree from India. i just wanted to know would it be easy to find job in teritary care hospital after working in a nursing home for 1_2 years in Ontario.As my recruiters are providing job only in a long term care , i will have to start my career in nursing in Canada with a nursing home job, but i want to aspire with broad field of experience in nursing . will there be a better prospect to move into a teritary care after working in a nursing home
