New Grad Job Hawaii

Hi every one.. I passed my nclex last nov 2010 and graduated march 2010. I am a foreign grad nurse here in hawaii and i send dozens of resume to every place (hospitals, nursing homes) but nobody is calling me.. I know it is tough for new grads and I am planning to move to mainland (arizona or california). I want some suggestion on where to find new grad programs...
