New grad jobs? What else can I do?

I graduated in Aug of 2010, licensed in October of 2010, and then started working a PRN PACU position in January. I have my BSN, ACLS, great references, Ohio AND PA license. Yet - still no phone calls.

What am I doing wrong? Ive applied all over NE Ohio/NW PA including assisted living facilities/nursing homes.

Im heartbroken and discouraged. I spent the whole night reflecting on my life - I dont know what to do now. I NEED a job - I need the income. Ive called the hospitals and left voice messages, yet not a single one calls me back. I apply online and then get rejection emails the same day.

I get phone calls from travel agencies until I tell them I only have a few months experience and then they hurry off the phone as soon as they can. I am unable to move too far away - I have to care for my terminally ill father. Its impossible to explain my heartache. I feel so -lost-.
