What kind of Nursing School should I go to HELP!

Hi everyone,

Im haveing a hard time decideing weather to attend a technical nursing school such as CCI (Career care institute) which is a 14 month program or attending a community college and getting my ADN, Will employers hire me if I attend a technical school?
