Liberal Arts nursing program versus public nursing program.

I'm a pre-nursing student at the University of Arkansas and I'm considering transferring back home to Texas to attend a private liberal arts school. Their nursing program is only a year old. Will the brand new nursing program restrict my job opportunities? Will I be more likely to get a job coming from a big University with a larger more established program?
