I am a CNL. I have been working in the role for 5 years and graduated from my program 2 years ago. My hospital is finally going to give us our own job description and pay scale.
Could all of you with CNLs in your hospital please ask your HR department what the pay scale is. Usually this isn't secret. The facilities that I knew to contact were very forthcoming with the information. I wouldn't necessarily need to know the specific name of your facility, although it would be helpful, but if you could tell me the state or region that would be very helpful. Thanks! |
