Tips on Applying as a new graduate at the Mayo in Rodchester

Hi, I am about to graduate with a BSN and I have always wanted to work at the Mayo Clinic. I have some questions and I was hoping someone might be able to help..

Is there a "new grad" hiring time at the Mayo? I'm in Colorado and almost every hospital only hires new grad nurses at specific times during the year.

I was told I should try and make an appointment to tour the facility, like a perspective employee tour. I have never heard of this and was wondering if anyone has more info or know's a contact person or department.

I need to take and pass the NCLEX and have not decided if I should take it in Colorado with familiar faces or if I should take it in MN where I want to work, does anyone have any advice?
