What field of nursing can a new grad get into?

i know that it is almost impossible for new grads to find jobs in hospitals. i am not exactly a new grad. i have only 2 months experience in a skilled nursing facility and 1 yr experience in hospice. the problem i am having with hospice is not having enough skills and being alone in the field. i only do admissions so i mostly do paperwork and assessment. but once in a blue moon, i get a patient that needs an IV to be started or a chest tube to be drained and i have no training for those. i am also getting tired of all the overtime from doing admissions and not having any control over my schedule.
now, i am wondering if there is a field of nursing where not much bedside experience or skills is required??
