Should I go to nursing school in the U.S. if I plan on moving to Singapore?

I started toying with the idea of being a health care professional about six years ago, but only recently did I start to consider it more seriously. The thing is I'm also 100% sure that I'd like to permanently move to Singapore within the next few years, and I'm not sure if I could transfer my qualifications/experience there, per se.

With that said, does anyone know if there's a Singaporean equivalent to a nurse practitioner? I'm not currently a nurse in any shape or form and am considering getting my master's in nursing, but I don't really want to spend three years in school if I won't be able to use my degree in Singapore. I'm also wondering if anyone knows of a website where I could learn more about the job outlook for health care professionals in Singapore. Although I'm mostly interested in nursing, I'm pretty flexible and haven't ruled out going to a PA or a pharmacy school.

Thanks for the help!
There's a REGION, International section that may be a helpful resource for you.
