ASN nursing student with a BS &MPH

Hello, Currently I am in a ASN program. I also hold a BS in Health Service Management and a Master in Public Health; will I be able to hold advance nursing position without a BSN? Anyone with experience or a similar situation, your advice would be appreciate. Thank you

Maybe, but not at a top ranked hospital such as the one I am at. Experience is the key factor, but baseline equity of pay between APNs is dependent upon a BSN at the least. You're not going to negeotiate higher salaries than MSNs either unless you match their degree / experience.
