3 question interview to help a nursing student working toward becoming a grad student

Hi! I'm an undergraduate nursing student and was wondering if you could answer a couple questions for me about being a grad student and how you feel about what it takes to really finish the program and get into the field. Like a super small interview.
1. What interests you the most about the field?
2. How difficult is the work of a graduate student if you really buckle down and give it your best?
3. How is it when you go or are getting ready to go into an interview? like are people relatively easy to talk to and feel comfortable around?
