Bachelors in Business Management and Associate in Nursing

Do I still need to go back to school for my BS in nursing? I plan to eventually but I am wondering if Hospitals will still hire me with just my ADN but since I have a Bachelors they may still hire me. I live in MA and most of the hospitals here are not hiring ADN nurses. I'm currently still in school just planning what I will do in the future. TIA

In nursing other degrees don't count.ADN + Other degree = ADNBSN = BSNDon't expect a degree in anything other than nursing to give you a leg up in hiring. If a position says "BSN REQUIRED" do not expect that your degree in business with substitute.
