Looking to relocate to Alaska

Hi -

I'll be a new grad RN (hopefully!) after the Winter/Spring 2012 semester...I want to relocate to Alaska from MN, to do OB or NICU (good luck, right?!) - any tips? Kind of freaking out from all of the "horror stories" I'm hearing about the job market, etc.
