new grad resume

Hi, I was wondering if someone can offer me assistance or review of my resume. I've read the resume thread but find some of the information conflicting. As a new grad, is it ok to list student clinical experiences and skills learned such as:


]Preceptorship
]Hospital, ]Manhattan], NY ]Spring 2011
]* Worked under supervision of Registered Nurse on a Short Stay Surgical Unit
* Received patients from PACU and performed physical assessments
* Provided patient teaching ]following surgery such as mastectomies, prostatectomies, spinal transfusions
]* Administered medications under supervision of Registered Nurse, including injections and IV Piggyback medications




ect, ect...
The part I underlined-- I'm trying to convey the type of post surgical care I've been exposed to but I am having "writers block." Any suggestions?

Would any one be interested in reading my complete resume?
