Online nursing jobs

Hey guys, I'm looking for some input about all these "online nursing jobs" I see posted as advertisements. I work full time in the ER but am looking for something to do on the side, preferably something a little less stressful. I've been seeing more and more of these advertisements on websites and in magazines but I wasn't sure if they were reputable or just a scam. I was hoping some of you out there have some experience with them and could throw me some insight. Thanks!
