Looking for a new career

I have been an RN BSN for about 2 years. When I graduated, I was very nervous and decided not to go into a hospital setting. I instead went into a LTC setting on the critical care floor. I have learned a lot but feel it is time to move on. I may have the option of hospital nursing but don't know if I should take the leap. I am very anxious and flashback to nursing school clinical in the hospital, which were very emotional for me. I am indifferent to the hours I work. I guess I want a place I can grow and know that can happen in the hospital, but I am SCARED to be in the hospital!!!!
