Changing to Another Area of Nursing?

I have worked in home health care for 8 years. I worked in the hospital for about 1.5 years right after graduating in cardiac, which was not a good fit. I am considering changing my career to a hospital position, possibly Oncology. I have worked with patients with cancer in home health care. Anyone with experience in this area have advice?
