Phone Interviews!

Hi all!

Does anyone have advice for a nervous but eager new grad with a phone interview tomorrow? I've gone on one interview and feel like I froze and subsequently did not get the job.

Get up and get ready/dressed just like you would for an in-person interview. This will help put you in the right frame of mind. Also, smile - people really can hear it in your voice. Good Luck!!
Prepare all of your answers on paper and rehearse in advance. Treat it the same as a face to face interview. Phone interviews are great, and very common these days. I had a phone interview for the position I currently have. Good luck
