Help with Nursing school personal essay (BSN)

Hi everyone, I am new to allnurses.com. I am actually pretty excited to be a part of the community. first things first. I am working on my personal essay for nursing school and I need a little assistance on the question, " what do you feel are the two most challenging issues facing the professional nursing practive and why?" I think one of the issues I may discuss will be the shortage of nurses and the nurse to patient ratio. Any thoughts? Your help is very appreciated.
