Any advice for nursing students trying to find a job?

Im currently a nursing student who just completed a CNA course. Im trying to find a job to get my foot in the door and to help with school costs. I've had a couple of interviews that seemed to go pleasantly well but employers tend to have a problem with me being a student, they think it will interfere with my job. I also dont have any experience with working in the medical field. Any advice?!! I feel so discouraged. I would really love a job working in the hospital. It would give me more experience and allow me to be a better RN when I'm finished with school.
