I just accepted an RN2 position at Western State Hospital...

I am posting here because I am a bit worried about the staff safety issues at WSH. I've read a lot of articles about patient-on-staff incidences and I'm not sure if the news articles are over blown or if they paint an accurate picture of what it is like to work at WSH. I'd absolutely just LOVE to work there and my current nursing position is not providing me with enough nursing experience.

Does anyone here have any experience working at WSH? It seems like it would be a really good experience but I would like to know more about what I should be expecting from the mouths of other nurses. Thank you!
