New grad RN in Atlanta GA struggling!

Graduated in April, passed my nclex earlier this month. I'm having such a hard time finding positions where new grads are accepted - I already had two interviews for new grad programs that didn't get me hired. I'm so tired of people telling me that I should have no problem getting a job!!! Is anyone else having a hard time? Or has anyone else gotten a job as a new grad in an Atlanta area hospital WITHOUT going through a new grad program?? Any advice? Thanks!
