Hello Everyone!

Please allow me to give you little bit background information about my situation. I have recently graduated with AAS - RN degree. I have scheduled my NCLEX for August 8th 2012. I am excited and pumped up about my exam. My wife is currently working with Rite Aid as Pharm Tech and she is planning to attend Roseman College of Pharmacy for her Pharm D., in Las Vegas. We are moving from Virginia Beach to Las Vegas in either late September or early October. Date of moving is not set yet. Before we move I need to get my ducks in row and I need some advice from yall.

Before nursing I was a banker (Financial Specialist with Wachovia but when Wachovia got sold out and merged with Wells Fargo, I lost my job). I have been unemployed since October 2009 and living on my unemployment then savings and at the end on student loans. So far it has been a rough journey but now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Anyways the point behind my unemployment tale is that I AM BROKE.
Moving involves lots of expenses. I have looked at every possible option to minimize moving expenses but I would have to least come up with $3K to successfully move, which will involve driving 2 separate cars from Virginia Beach to Las Vegas, 2500 miles one way.

After my research about Jobs for New Grads in Vegas, So far I have found only two healthcare agencies that hire new grads, Sunrise Hospital and United Health Group.

So I got some questions...Please advise me if you can.

Is there any other Hospitals or Agencies hires new grad in or around Las Vegas area?

Is there any relocation packages offered to new grads in or around Las Vegas area?

Is it worth it to sign contracts for relocation costs, if offered?

Are there any cheap car shipping companies that you know?

We have already looked up and kind of picked out couple of places to live in Silverado Ranch / crossing area....Is that area good and safe?

Are there any other better areas to live in Vegas?

Please Answers anything if you can....the major concerned is moving cost...please help...
