NC New Grad LPN. Job Hunting any advice

Hello everyone,
I am a new grad LPN in eastern NC. I am finding it difficult finding a job in my area. Does anyone have any advice or pointers for me. I've called and went to several of my local ltc centers and called others to find that no one is hiring right now. Is there another approach that I should be doing. I am checking indeed.com, NC state jobs, and the local newspaper. Is anyone else out there having trouble?
