3 nursing jobs - TIRED NURSERating: (votes: 0) Although I am enjoying going to new places but I am tired of travelling, signing countless OASIS, plus there is a recent issue which gave me a huge set back. In my home health job, there is a misunderstanding between our scheduler, director of skilled nursing and administrator which lead to a huge fight. Our scheduler and director resign immediately after that leaving me empty handed because they are my closest friends at work. I am honestly freaking out and I do not know what to do with my job. Thankfully, the weekend before that happen, I was offered a hospital job (which I gladly accept). So right now, I have 3 jobs. I wanted to resign in my HH job but I do not want them to think I am a jerk and leaving them in most darkest days so what I did is that I return to my PRN position and continue doing visit. The problem is now: I will be bombarded with 3 jobs. HH takes a lot of time filling up OASIS and stuff. What do you think? I still have 2 weeks before I start my first hosp job and I do not want to be overwhelm. Please help me. I dont know what to do. You had better quit one of those other jobs, or you may find that you can't succeed at the hospital job. And any way one looks at it, you have now bitten off more than you can chew. I pick up on that just from reading your post. Resign from the home health job. You don't need the added stress. |
