NG just got hired into OB...how do I prepare myself?

Hey, I got the job!! I'm a NG and just got hired into the OB unit. Probably won't start until a few more weeks... now I'm wondering how I can prepare myself?

I've started an into fetal monitoring course online... and will try to review some of the maternity materials from ATI? Any other suggestions??

OB is a broad term. What did you get hired for specifically...post-partum, ante-partum, labor and delivery? Or will you be rotating? Depends on what area you'll be going into to determine what you need to study? And congrats on getting a job.
