In nursing does it mean anything if you

are told what the the salary and benefits are during an interview? I suppose my question is, can one still not obtain a position after getting that information?
Usually if they've told you how much they pay and about the benefits, then they at least like you as a candidate...doesn't mean you have the job though...but it's a good sign.

Receiving salary and benefit information in a job interview is common and does not mean you have the job.

Just Part of the interviewing process in my experience. But for you, it could mean you landed the position! Keep your head up!

I consider discussing salary/benefits a routine.
