Peer interview question

Rating:
(votes: 6)

I had a peer interview yesterday, consisted of 3 nurses and a director of Hospice. So happy to get an interview!!

So now should I send a thank you to each one of those people? I don't remember each of their names, but I do remember a couple of them. I could find out.

It sounded like I would be interviewed by another higher up person if I make the cut, later.
Whenever I have had a group interview they have provided me with the interviewers names-I then sent a handwritten note to each of them.Call HR and they can at least should be able to get the first names of the people you interviewed with.

So you send them like a thank you card? This is new to me!! This interview stuff, I'm an old timer.

Thank you cards have been around but I've always worked at the same place, the interview thing is what is NEW to me!Quote from thinkertdmActually, sending a thank you card has been around since, like, forever.

Some sites recommend typing it, some say emailing, some say hand written.

Comment:
I would go with handwritten, never email. It shows you took the time and effort to make an impression.
